The material composition includes carbon, manganese, silicon, cobalt, phosphorus, iron, nickel, sulfur, tungsten and vanadium. This is one of the most corrosion resistant alloys used. The Alloy C276 Rod has very high strength with 790MPa minimum tensile strength and 355MPa minimum yield strength. The high strength enables the material to be used in structural and high strength applications. The material also has very high melting point at 1370 degrees Celsius. This high melting point allows it to operate under high temperatures.

Hastelloy is an austenitic super alloy, which is highly versatile. The Hastelloy C22 Round Bar is made with a chemical concentration of 22% chromium, 14% molybdenum, and 3% tungsten. These tubes are highly resistant to all forms of corrosion. The Hastelloy C22 ASTM B574 Flat Bar is designed with good mechanical properties. They possess a tensile strength of a minimum 690Mpa and yield strength of a minimum 310Mpa. The Hastelloy B574 Hollow Bar is used in applications, which requires it to function in extreme pressure and high temperatures. These bars can be easily elongated by 45% and still possess excellent workability.

316 and 316/L (UNS S31600 & S31603) are molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steels. The 316/316L stainless steel bar, rod and wire alloy also offer higher creep, stress to rupture and tensile strength at elevated temperatures, in addition to excellent corrosion resistance and strength properties. 316/L refers to the lower carbon content to allow for greater corrosion protection when welding.

These properties and its chemical composition make Inconel 800 Round Bars fabricable and highly resistant to corrosive environments. Inconel 800H Round Bars is used heavily in the chemical and electronics industries. Inconel 800 Flat Bars is used in viscose rayon and polymer production, food processing, reactors, tubes, aerospace engineering, military and other applications. In application temperatures above 300 Degree C (572 Degree F), Inconel 800 Square Bars stands out for a low carbon concentration.

Alloy 20 is austenitic stainless steel, which is highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation. The Alloy 20 Round Bar is made up of a chemical composition of chromium, molybdenum, copper, iron, nickel, and niobium, which helps stabilize the entire grade. These bars are available in sizes between 4mm to 350mm and lengths up to 3000mm. They are widely used in pharmaceuticals, chemical industries, food processing, industrial fluid handling, petroleum refineries, etc. The ASTM B473 UNS N08020 Rod possesses superior strength. These rods are designed with a minimum tensile strength of 551Mpa and a minimum yield strength of 241Mpa.

Alloy 825 Flat Bars (UNS N08825) has good mechanical properties from cryogenic temperatures to moderately high temperatures. However, exposure to temperatures above 1000 Degree F can result in microstructural changes that significantly lower ductility and impact strength. The alloy requires no postweld heat treatment. They are often used in Valves, Phosphoric acid production, and more. These Nickel 825 Flat Bars are also used in acid production; hot vessels for food, water, and seawater; pickling tank heaters, tanks, and equipment; etc.

 Inconel 625 Flat Bars is used for wet corrosion applications and is approved for pressure vessels in a temperature range from – 196 Degree C to 450 Degree C (-320 Degree F to 842 Degree F). Inconel 625 Threaded Bars is used in chemical processing, aerospace, marine engineering, pollution – control equipment, nuclear reactors and so on. The high alloy content of Inconel 625 Hollow Bars enables it to withstand a wide variety of severe corrosive environments. Both of these precipitates in Inconel 625 Hexagonal Bars can be completely dissolved back into the matrix when the sample is heated 1148 K.
