The Stainless Steel 304 Plate is made up of austenitic stainless steel that has around 18% chromium and 8% nickel in its overall chemical composition. It is one of the most popular grades of stainless steel used worldwide. The ASTM A240 Type 304 Plate has high strength, mild corrosion resistance and they are used for a wide range of applications. The Stainless Steel 304 Sheet material has other elements in its alloy such as carbon, silicon, sulfur, etc., in its chemical composition, which gives the material its unique properties. The SS 304 Plate comes with a min yield strength of 205 MPa, and min tensile strength of 515 MPa, and hence it is considered to be quite strong.

Titanium Grade 5 Sheet is made up of a titanium alloy that has 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, carbon, nitrogen, iron, hydrogen, and oxygen in the composition. Monel 500 plate exhibits the same high corrosion resistance as Monel 400, with greater strength and hardness. Monel 500 contains additional aluminum and titanium content, and is specially heat treated under controlled conditions to precipitate the formation of submicroscopic particles of Ni3 (Ti, Al) throughout the matrix, making it harder and stronger. Please note that age-hardened Monel 500  has a greater tendency toward stress-corrosion cracking than Monel 400

 Super Duplex Steel S32750 / S32760 Sheet Plate, designed to be used in hazardous environments. Alloy 32750 is a super duplex stainless steel supplied in the hot worked and solution annealed condition. As a super duplex stainless steel, it combines the desirable aspects of both austenitic and ferritic grades. The higher chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen contents result in a Pitting Resistance Equivalent number (PREN) of >40, providing pitting and crevice corrosion resistance superior to austenitic and duplex stainless steels in almost all corrosive media, and a Critical Pitting Temperature exceeding 50°C. Supplied in the annealed condition it achieves yield strengths of 80ksi (550Mpa), greater than most austenitic and duplex stainless steel grades. It cannot be hardened by heat treatment but can be strengthened by cold working. It also exhibits a low coefficient of thermal expansion and higher heat conductivity than austenitic steels and is suitable for working temperatures up to 300°C. Alloy 32750 is listed in NACE MR 0175 for sour service and having gained ASME Approval for Pressure Vessel applications it can be used in a wide variety of applications.
